You know the font. Some will say "Scorpion" the german band,
others will reply "Rollerball", the Harrison's adaptation movie.
In fact Scorpion's "Trance" album was released a few months after
"Rollerball" hits the box office in 1975 so The answer is : The Hard Rock Band bites it.
The original logo was designed by reknown graphic artist Joe Caroff.

Anyway here's a kinda tribute to the movie with a robotic touch!
